"A few years ago, when my previous insurance carrier dropped our homeowners policy, my neighbor recommended Marushka at State Farm—and I’m so glad she did. Since then, we’ve moved all of our policies—home, auto, and umbrella—over to Marushka, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone at her office is knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, and always courteous. "This agency changed information on my State Farm account without my knowledge or authorization. This is not my agent so the situation is strange and unprofessional. I spoke with someone at Marushka Isabella Insurance on a Friday afternoon to ask questions about transferring my policy from another state and to schedule an appointment. The person I spoke with only had my name, previous state, and my general location. She could not answer my questions so I decided not to work with this office. On Monday, I met with another State Farm office. Weirdly, there were problems in a state-to-state transfer of my policy because the agent I spoke with Friday had changed my mailing address in my State Farm account to an inaccurate California address on Friday! I called Marushka Isabella's office to let them know it happened, however, the person I talked with seemed unconcerned."

"Marushka is an absolute gem and lifesaver. I'd been jumping through hoops trying to get properly insured between Missouri and California, etc. My dad and I got referred to Marushka and she over-delivered.
